Digital T-Type Thermometer DM6803
One T-Type Sensor with PVC insulation
Measures -328 to 752 °F (-200 to 400 °C) with T-type setting
This is a brand new, high quality thermometer for contact temperature measurements. It has one input for a T-type thermocouple sensor. It also can be set for other probe inputs: K-type, E-Type, J-Type, R-Type and R-Type and N-Type thermocouples.
Note that it displays only full degree steps in the T-type mode (so it will display 212 F, not 212.3 F)
T-type thermocouples are used in a wide range of applications, especially for low and ultra low temperatures and cryogenics.
It is also great for science projects and whenever you need a precise measurement of temperatures. T-type thermocuples are more accurate than K-type sensors.
It comes with one 3 ft (1 m) T-type temperature probe, this has a Teflon PFA Plastic insulation and works from -328°F (-200°C) to about 240°F (115°C) , but any other T-type probe with miniature thermocouple connector can be used. See my shop for a wide selection.
