This is a great angled surface thermocouple with a K-Type sensor. The sensor is housed at the tip of a 6 inch long 90 degree angled probe, which comes with a 5 inch long handle. It has a miniature type connector that will work with digital K-type thermometers (see my shop for a good selection).

This probe can be used to measure the surface temperature in many industrial, manufacturing and commmercial application. In food preparation it can be used to measure temperature of the cooking surface (grill, oven). In manufacturing it can be used to measure machine parts or motor temperatures.
