This is a high quality thermometer for contact temperature measurements. It has one input for thermocouples and can work with many different types of thermocouples. Supported thermocouples are K/E/J/T/B/N/R/S-Type.

It also had a memory for up to 2500 measurements and an alarm function.

It can be used in HVAC trade to check air conditioners, heaters or furnaces. It is also great for industrial and science projects, when you might deal with different types of thermocouples.

It comes with one 3 ft (1 m) K-type temperature probe, it has a glass fiber insulation and works up to about 500°F (260°C) , but any other K-type probe with miniature thermocouple connector can be used. To use the thermometer for temperatures above 500 degree you would need a special thermocouple with a ceramic insulation (not included).
