This thermometer is also great for measuring temperatures in science fair projects, in class and whenever you need a precise temperature information.

The thermometer comes with one 3 ft (1 m) k-type wire temperature probe, this has a glass fiber insulation and works up to about 500°F (260°C), and an additional stainless steel k-type insertion probe, which works up to 752°F (400°C).
