This is a flexible T-type Thermocouple for use in a wide range of low temperature and cryogenic applications, such as environmental monitoring, ovens, wood kilns, laboratory and science use. The probe is made from AWG 24 Gauge T-type thermocouple wire and is rated for continuous use at from -418 °F up to 221 °F Fahrenheit (or -250 °C to 105 °C) . The t-type thermocouple is about 0.15 inch in diameter. This type T Thermocouple Probe is made with a miniature T-type Thermocouple plug and will fit most digital T-type Thermometers. The thermocouple plug contacts are made from copper / constantan compensation metal for highest accuracy measurements. T-type thermocouples are frequently used when a higher accuracy than K-type thermcouples is needed. But they have a smaller measurement range.
