Shipping & Returns
Covid-19 Update April 21, 2020:
Since a lot of our thermocouples are used in critical applications and in manufacturing we continue to ship most days of the week, using the post office. If you need next day air pr 2 day service please contact us before placing the order.
Shipping is precisely calculated during checkout. You can see the shipping cost in the cart by entering your state and city, or your zip code. Shipping will be calculated based on USPS rates, and you have the option to choose First Class, Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. Normally your item will ship the same day when you order by 3 pm central time.
As of August 2021 we will not accept orders from outside the USA anymore. There are just too many problems and delays with international shipments, the customs and postal services have become so unreliable that this is not feasible anymore.
Next Day and Two Day Shipping
Whenever possible we will try to fill rush orders and get thermocouples to you with next day service. But we can not guarantee that this service is available every day. Generally we need your order by 12pm US Central Time. We do not get the best UPS rates, since we do not ship a lot with them, but we can charge to your UPS account.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We recommend that you use a return shipping service with tracking information.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
