This listing is for 1 K-Type Thermocouple extension cable with yellow braided fiberglass insulation, with a miniature male and a miniature female K type thermocouple connector. They conform to the miniature connector dimensions with flat blades and the K-Type Thermocouple Extension Wire specification. This means the metal prongs and the wire are made from compensating metal, the same material as the K-type thermocouple wire, which is chromel / alumel. This impact of the extension wire on the temperature reading is minimized.

This K-type extension cables with fiberglass insulation are stable to about 750 F (400 C).  The K-type thermocouple plugs are made from glass filled Nylon and are stable to about 400 F (190 C). The thermocouple plugs have a white label field for easy marking.
