    Exactly what it looks like

    These are perfect. If I could change anything at all, I would make the TC clamp screws a little longer; however removing the washers (which aren't needed anyway) will allow them to clamp thin-gauge thermocouples. The holes are also threaded through, so you can put a second screw in to take up the extra diameter if your TC is too skinny.

    Worked great, especially because we do not have to bend the 8 AWG wires to get it to fit.
